Awesome kit and quickly put a shine on an old knife that was once used to knock slag off of welds. What can I say? My father was creative with tools. :) The color coding made it super simple to use.

I love the product and was able to get a pretty good finish right away. I wasn't expecting it to work that fast. I do have one complaint though. I would have gladly paid a few dollars more to have the kit come with 3 sets of flanges. I didn't realize I needed extras.

Love these buffing wheels! There’s a little bit of a learning curve as these are a lot firmer than the sewn wheels I used previously, but once I used them a little I love them!

in your video you recamended a buffer I orderd it and it wouldn't run the pads it wouldn't spin them I don't know if it was to week or I got a bad one but I am looking for one with enough power to run it so I haven't used them yet and I only got two of the 3 in. washers when you need about 6 if you run all the pads and you charge about 20.00 a set. so I don't think I would tell anyone to buy them until I know more about what they will do. I found them at red label that were cheaper all in all I'm not happy with them

I am impressed with the polishing wheels. They work better than others I have used for years. The only reason I did not score it 5 stars: my buffing machines have 1/2" and 3/4" inch shafts. I had to drill out the center of the buffing wheel flanges to 3/4". It would be handy if they were available for other shaft sizes.

I would give 5 stars if it was available in 3/4" arbor. It works great if it fits your buffer. Unfortunately the lack of options to fit various size arbors is a bummer.

The kit is complete with everything you need to get that super polished look on your bladed projects. I ordered an extra white wheel that I use for final buffing. Finishing bladed projects is greatly speeded up as one can go from ground out steel to a mirror finish in an hour or less, depending on the size of the work. I just love it and will continue to use this fine product. The folks at Combat Abrasives are top notch as well as their products!!!

Does what it should and was packaged well. I do wish the kit contained a second set of flanges as my buffer runs two wheels. Priced seemed reasonable, will likely try a few belts in the future. Fast delivery and was packed in a very sturdy box. Nicely done!

This system is capable of turning ground steel into a mirror finish. I haven't explored all the ways to use the kit to its fullest extent but as time goes by I'm sure I will. At this point, the red wheel with the black bar seems to leave some scratches that are difficult to remove with the next wheel in the process. I think this is due to the operators inexperience with the system. Before I started using this kit, all blades were finished by hand, which is very time consuming, this kit will greatly cut down the finishing process . All in all, I am pleased with the results and would recommend this system to anyone.

I had never heard of combat abrasives. I was needing sanding belts, compound & polishing wheels. I read their add & reviews but held off on ordering anything. I finally took the plunge & made an order. Glad I did. These products are superior to anything I've ever used. I tried the belt cleaner on an old belt that was way beyond service & I was amazed at how it cleaned up. I threw the old belt away as I was anxious to try the new belts. Works really well! The buffing wheels go right on and the included buffing compund and color coded system is really fantastic. Red wheel, black compund is a great starter, then on to the Pink wheel and green compound, does a bang up job. Then finish with the White wheel and purple compund for a truly brillant luster. Highly recommend the system, the wheels work well and the compounds really make the metal shine.
