Built for 4″ x 36″ machines, armed with Shredder ceramic
These carry the same #Shredder ceramic grain as our 2x72 line — the grain fractures continuously to expose fresh cutting edges, so belts cut fast and run cool on steel and stainless.

Just tried the 80 grit Shredder on my BuckTool 4x36 grinder. All I can say is this belt has transformed my grinder from what I thought was decent to something next level. I am a weekend hobby blade/blacksmith and really wish I started with these belts vs buying random ones from large online suppliers. Try the belts, you’ll experience for yourself, this is a great product. Thank you!
I am a beginner knife maker. Combat abrasives stock removal belts have made my work so much easier and more efficient.
Gone are the days of excessive heat from die grinders and bench grinders . It is way easier to control heat with belts!. I use 2x72, 1x30, and 4x36 belts, and I am committed to combat abrasives for all of my belt needs.
The belts work pretty good for kydex. Wish they wouldn’t grab the kydex as bad as it does, but i can’t complain. They last forever. I also has a 2x42 grinder and CA belts are awesome on that machine as well.
My name is Roy and live on the island of Maui. After watching Forged in Fire for years, Decided to do it!
I made my own forge and got set up to blade smith.
My first belt grinder is a 36x 4 inch. After searching for a while I came across several Youtube vids of famous blade smiths and they recommended Combat for my needs.
I gave it chance and very pleased with your products and service!!
I will be a long time customer!!!
The pics are my first batch of blades!!
Mahalo for your company!!
Aloha!!

This 36 grit ceramic Shredder belt turned my $90 belt grinder into a spark-throwing, metal eating machine!
For reference, I blew through two value store belts ($8.49/pair) in a couple hours. The ONE aforementioned shredder belt completely finished making a matched set of 12 throwing knives, tips, bevels, edges, and all. In other words, 12 blanks clamped together and worked at a time; enough to stall a 3.5amp motor by their weight alone.
By the time I was done, it was almost smooth to the touch, but will still throw sparks with just a little pressure! I also recommend the rubber belt cleaner tool; it really shines once the belts start to wear and you can actually tell the difference after using it.
I will ABSOLUTELY be using these belts any time I have to move steel. They're even 2/3 the price of the only ceramic belts I can find locally! Keep up the great work, all!
I have only a few hours on these new belts, but so far they are far superior to any of the store bought belts I have used in the past. Grit retention, backing durability, and cutting speed are all very good so far.
I heard about this brand through some knife-making forums. Everybody loved them, so I decided to try them in my structural fab shop. I am very impressed with these belts and will be ordering more!
Ordering was easy, go to menu 1st!
Shipped 2 day mail(USPS) but it took 7 days. Which I don't have a problem.
I will definitely check out more at Combat.
These belts last a really long time they work great but you really need to have a fast grinder and my grinder is not that fast so I'm looking for a bigger motor to put on it and then Sparks will fly.
The ceramic shredder belts that combat it braces offer are the best that money can buy. And actually cheaper than some other competitors. They are my go-to grinding belts and always will be 👍🔥
I have a cheap grinder, however, with this 36 grit belt on it I have no trouble at all removing metal from my blades. Great product. Shipped fast. Will be buying more.
The shredder belts are simply amazing and the customer service I have experienced is second to none. The team at Combat will always make you feel like a #1 customer regardless if how much business has been done with them.
The 36 grit Shredder's move metal way faster! My Harbor Freight 4x36 grinder is too slooowwwww to take real advantage of the great belt construction and it's abilities to move whatever it touches
