The abrasives are great, the service is fair. I buy abrasives for business and need a legit invoice to expense the order. I emailed twice and got no response. I wish Combat/Maverick would send a PDF of my invoice, not just an order confirmation. I'd hate to pay double at McMaster but am leaning that way.
