Industrial wide belts without the 3M price tag

We manufacture 18″ x 85″ belts for wide-belt and Timesavers sanders in the three materials fabrication shops actually run: ceramic, zirconia, and aluminum oxide, from 24 grit rough grinding to 600 grit fine finishing. We may not be a household name like 3M — but our abrasives will perform and finish just as well, guaranteed.

Our ceramic performs on par with Cubitron II / 966F on steel and stainless, and every option ships 3 belts to a pack.

Three materials, one machine

Prices shown per 3-pack, ranging across grits.

Ceramic Shredder — 24–120 grit — $196.44–418.59

Y-weight poly-cotton backing, wet OR dry use. The choice for steel, stainless, titanium and high-nickel alloys — and heavy stock removal on wood. Lasts about 2x a zirconia belt at roughly 40% more cost.

Zirconia — 24–120 grit — $137.51–249.48

The coarse-grit workhorse for aluminum and wood (and budget stainless work). Lasts about 3x an aluminum oxide belt in coarse grits.

Aluminum Oxide X-weight — 36–600 grit — $90.59–127.22

The do-it-all: wood, aluminum, steel, plastic, carbon fiber. The only material here offered past 120 grit — most shops live at 80–220.

Suitability

Which material for which job?

Reach for Zirconia when

  • Coarse-grit work (120 and coarser) on aluminum or wood
  • You want long life without ceramic pricing

Reach for Aluminum Oxide when

  • You need grits finer than 120 — the only option here
  • General-purpose sanding on almost any material
  • Cost per belt matters most
