If your shop runs through Shredders — production knife work, fab shops, farriers, full-time makers — the 20-pack is the same ceramic belt at a better rate, and you stop running out mid-batch.
Same self-fracturing ceramic grain, same Y-weight polyester backing, same wet-capable 24–120 grits, same J-Flex 220 for contours. Just more of it.

Suitability
Who should buy the 20-pack?
Buy bulk if
You grind daily — production knife work, fabrication, farrier work
You know your grits — you’re restocking, not experimenting
You want the lowest per-belt cost without waiting on reorders
Start with a 3-pack if
You’re new to ceramic belts and still picking your grits
You grind occasionally — belts store well, but 20 is a commitment
You want to try Shredders before committing (see the Level 1 kit)

These belts are amazing. Still on the hunt to find the best belt abrasives for grinding titanium damascus as I do alot if it and go through quite alot of belts.
After several bulk orders of shredder belts that performed substantially better than any other belts I had previously tried, I received a batch of belts that seemed to be faulty (they quickly cracked and broke). Combat Abrasives' response was top tier, they immediately made the situation right and showed eagerness to figure out what went wrong and why. I had a new set of working belts within a few days of reaching out. I can't imagine going anywhere else for belts in the future!
The ceramic shredder packs from combat save me money and more importantly the save me time. These cut fast, clean and last long. I’ve been using combat for about 8 years now and they have a customer for life.
As always with Combat, their belts are excellent. The one or two times there has been a problem in the last 8 years I simply contact and the problem is resolved. Do not think you will find a better company to work with. People and products are top notch.
Combat Abrasives is by far the best belt out there and the only belts used by Blades for Brothers. #bladesforbrothers #thecrusaderforge #warsteel #shield91
Combat Abrasives helped us out with multiple belts for this combat vet receiving his Wilmont grinder. Blades for Brothers greatly appreciates your support, thanks Combat Abrasives! #bladesforbrothers #thecrusaderforge #warsteel #shield91
I use these 24 grit belts on mower blades, and boy do they get the job done fast! They’ll take a mower blade from super dull to sharp in 1/3 of the time it took me before!
36 grits are standard, 120 seem to give out a little quicker this time, idk if that’s me being critical. Honestly the only reason I’m writing this is because of the customer service. Some was good some was bad. Don’t be a passive aggressive see you next Tuesday when a customer is reaching out for help. If they change who they ship with I will order from them in future.
